The Pantry

The ingredients came from somewhere. These are the books, broadcasters, and gathering places the Civilization borrowed from — the unnamed contributors, named at last. The Cookbook is ours. The Pantry is everyone else's kitchen.

Kindness & Related Values

Four categories of curated material. Click any category to expand. 45 entries across the shelves, each placed here because it sits in the same galaxy as the Civilization's subject — kindness, gratitude, giving, compassion, awareness.

An honest caveat The Civilization's specific subject — anonymous acts of kindness — is narrow enough that very few creators have focused on it exclusively. The Pantry therefore widens the shelf to the same galaxy of ideas: kindness, gratitude, giving, generosity, compassion, empathy, awareness. Each entry below comes recommended because it sits in that orbit. None of these creators have endorsed the Civilization. None of them know we exist. The relationship runs one way: we learned from them.
